Welcome to another year of Steelhawk Athletics.  Prior to competing for the Steelhawks, all grade 10-12 students who have transferred from another secondary school must complete and return the OFSAA "TRANSFER FORM" .  Please print, complete form and return to Ms. Della Penta  or Mr. Klooster who will forward  the application to the Association for consideration.  All student-athletes are considered ineligible until the application is heard and ruled on.
